mixed feelings on my stay

poor drainage average breakfast

the location was decent, very central for seeings the sites.

The room wasnt great i found. the shower setup was terrible. It had bad drainage, water leaked all over the floor. the breakfast was only average quality i think. the noise from the back street kept me awake at night. The window isolation wasn't effective.

nice surprise good view

the breakfast room looked nice! staff helped set up a great day tour i enjoyed. the front desk provided recommendations for my trip. the upgrade to the top level offered good views of the square.

the upstairs accommodation got too hot.

perfect location helpful staff black out curtains

The location was perfect for public transport. Trams, trains and buses were nearby. The staff were very helpful with information for day trips. The room featured floor to ceiling windows, also black out curtains. I found the bed comfortable.

free upgrade excellent view nice surprise friendly staff

I received a complimentary upgrade to a top-floor room. It provided a wonderful view of the square. Breakfast offered many choices and the staff were very friendly. The front desk arranged an excellent tour.

The shower drain was a little slow.

high shower fitting no hot drink

the shower fitting was too high for me to reach. i am not particularly short, so this seems a significant oversight. also, there was no availability to make a hot drink in the room.. nowhere in the hotel to get a drink after a certain hour either. the upstairs accommodation was too hot, and the room felt less well-furnished than the downstairs rooms..
